The following conditions apply to using this website and we reserve the right to modify or revise these conditions at any time.
All goods will be sent after payments have cleared. No goods will be sent prior to payment.
The contents of this website are subject to copyright. All prices and products available to U.K residients only.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of your order will be sent within 24 hours, any refunds to be made for products that are out of stock will be made via PayPal within 3 working days.
We reserve the right to substitute any unavailable products to similar or better products, you can request a refund if this is not suitable. Refunds will be made via the same payment method upon return of the alternative goods.
Payment
All payments are made through a secure server wether you choose to pay by PayPal or by credit or debit card through our payment gateway, Nochex.
Please note: You can choose to pay through PayPal even if you don't have an account with them. We never get sent any of your card details from either option.
Postage & Returns
All orders will be sent first class (large items sent Parcel Post) within 5 working days, usually the next day.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please contact us to resolve any issues in the first instance by email, we will be happy to offer a full refund on receipt of returned goods, less the postage paid unless the goods are incorrect or damaged.
Privacy
We will NOT pass any of your details to third parties and will only use information given to us to discuss your order and to keep you informed of any news from PVABags.net. To remove yourself from our mailing list, reply to the email and write remove in the subject box.
